Wacky is the word of the month. It's a perfect description for the weather we've been having. After the ice and snow over the weekend
today brought lots of sun. Temperature was 59! We spent the day outside, doing errands and enjoying the weather.
The great warm-up will continue until the weekend, then colder temps will once again move in.

A few of us gathered for an early Christmas Dinner at Grand Country Buffet. We wanted to celebrate Christmas with Dewey, who is unable to join us for the staff Christmas party...

The staff Christmas party was held at the Keeter Center at the College of the Ozarks...
The food was great, the fellowship even better!! A wonderful time was had by all. John, Eli, Sherryl, Dewey, Becky and David...y'all were greatly missed!!
Christmas Eve,
We attended worship service at First United Methodist Church of Branson. A wonderful, joy-filled service filled with the music of Christmas.
Our time in Branson is quickly coming to an end...we work on Friday the 27th and will leave Saturday, the 28th. We're headed to Texarkana to tie up with some friends who will travel to Kerrville, Texas with us. It is bittersweet to leave, as we have enjoyed our time here immensely. We have learned so much and have seen so many wonderful things. We've met some great people as well, and have had a blast "working".

Even though we're ready to move on, it's so hard to say goodbye to friends. We're already looking forward to coming back here in June!!

Mike, aka Shaky!! Love the big guy! |
Speaking of looking forward...we're looking forward to tying up with Becky and David in Texarkana! We're also looking forward to seeing our friends Connie and Stan, Jeri and George and the rest of the gang in Kerrville!!
Ron and I are so incredibly blessed. We are living a dream and are loving life. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas, as well as a healthy, joy-filled New Year!!
